Exmouth

As it was low tide this morning we all headed off to Exmouth beach so the two children could do some rock pool hunting.  We spent a good couple of hours on the beach with lots of shrimps found and a sand castle built.  Then it looked like rain so we headed back home.  In the afternoon they visited the local beach and spent another couple of hours enjoying playing in the river estuary.  There is quite a strong current as the sea was racing in, just as well they are all strong swimmers.  I stayed at home as I seem to have strained my back - from sitting still on a rock at Sidmouth yesterday! but I saw the video that was taken of them.
