Sneaky bus blip

I just liked these old guys sitting in front of me on the bus in their wee flat caps, particularly the incredulous expression of the one on the left.

Weight watchers tonight and I'm amazed because I lost 2 pounds this week! I thought after the excesses of the weekend the weigh-in would be bad.....maybe it'll catch up with me next week.
I have 3 silver 7's now which is a stone and a half, so yeah, feeling pretty motivated to keep it up :o) Off to make apple crisps - apples thinly sliced and baked in the oven - not sure what they'll be like though!
