Pointless

It was pointless cancelling today's baseball games for a typhoon that utterly failed to arrive (at least by the time of typing this at 4pm, by which time at least three of the four scheduled games would have probably finished.) It was pointless closing so many shops and businesses for said typhoon, and pointless cancelling so many trains. Finally, it is utterly pointless for this man to stand in front of the locked gates to LaLaPort shopping centre holding a sign in this hot and humid weather informing people that LaLaPort is not open today. There's a perfectly good post behind him which the sign could be tied to.

Oh well, I guess it keeps him employed and contributing towards the economy.
