It just happened that we were in the Public House depicted in this poster enjoying a good lunch after walking at Cornaa.

I can safely admit to being amused by this poster and which I had not seen before.  This accident occurred some years ago when the old bridge at Laxey was washed away in a flood.  Happily no one was injured at the time.

Humour continues to live on....
