Hmmmmm!

Pe was already back from her early morning shopping trip, when we got up just after 10 am.
We worked a bit more through the photos and went for a late breakfast at Comet Pieces to think about potential shooting plans.
Neil was staying in the house as he was feeing sick again. Poor man.
At the cafe we decided to drive to a close by ruin to shoot with the new red dress that had arrived yesterday.
We had located the "Buchanan Castle" close to Drymen.
So we loaded the car and set off.
Once we had arrived we found out that it was fenced off and so derelict that access was not permitted. It was surrounded by trees a, gardens and 4 m hight bamboo (!!) so that we could not get any proper view. We sneaked through the fence, and it must have been an amazing building, but we did not feel comfortable to shoot. All was far too tight and a bit scary.
So we went off again and drove to the other side of Glasgow to Gilbertfield Castle, close to Camuslang.
SatNav was not finding it and we were driving circles and more circles until we got a hint from a local taxi driver.
We could finally see the castle ..... n the middle of a field with cows, 1 mile behind a closed and locked gate.
We gabbed our stuff and started walking there just to discover that it was also fenced off and no way shooting there with fences ...
We walked back to the car and were slightly frustrated.
I remembered that there was also a church ruin in that area and we decided to go there after all.
It was getting late and dark.
We found it and this time the gates were locked and we could not get in.
Thats when we gave up and headed homewards.
On the way we stopped at the shops and got some soup for dinner.
We were home at 10 pm without having taken a single shot.
Neil was up and we had a glass of wine and tasty soup for dinner.
Pe and I planned to go to Polmadie car-boot sale tomorrow to look for props for further shoots.
Starting time 8 am!

I was up a bit longer, as I had to do at least the blip before I forget everything.

Blipping the only photo I (luckily) took during our breakfast at Comet Pieces.
