Mono Monday: Middle

The middle of my culinary bible; Larousse Gastonomique. 1,350 pages of everything you ever wanted to know about food and cooking, and quite a lot you didn't want to know too. Actually, it isn't exactly the middle; that would have shown an entry for 'lapwings', how to prepare and cook them. Given that they are considered more a rarity than a delicacy nowadays, I thought turning a couple of pages and showing stuffed lemons was probably a good idea.
