I couldn't resist taking a picture of these poppy seedheads today.  They are all from one plant and they blew over in the wind so l brought them into the passageway and have had a happy time photographing and drawing them there..
I am fed up of the wind and found myself heading over to the east to find a beach which was sheltered from the wind.  It was lovely to see children enjoying the still waters and to feel the warmth of the sun without the wind whipping my hair in my face!!  Do hope the wind is less tomorrow as a friend is coming to the coast to paint and it would be hopeless unless we can find a sheltered spot
