Boxers

I love summer but this hot is pushing it a bit 40 degrees is just a little too hot.
We spent the day by the pool, well we were in and out in little bursts as it was even to hot to be out for long periods. The sun really was blazing today. The water was soothing and Devine I hate water that is to cold and takes your breath away. This was refreshing without having the sting of coldness to. The girls swimming has improved out of sight, Bailee is a little fish and has always loved to swim, she is now diving in and swimming almost the whole pool length. I taught her a new trick today, how to sit on the bottom of the pool, and to do a summersault. Bailee is very confident probably over confident pushing herself to the limits and way past her limits, you have to watch her as you could be swimming off and look behind you and their is a little head following you kicking her little heart out to catch you.

Maddi is a great swimmer, she lacks confidence she could easily out swim her sister but always holds back worries flood her little head, and we have to take small steps bit by bit with her, until she can see she can do it. Then a massive smile emerges across her face. I think if she got herself in trouble in the water instinct would kick in and she could get herself out of trouble, she is a good swimmer, however she rarely goes out of her comfort zone. I can see the battles she fights with herself. Maddi wants to give it a go but the fear of hurting herself always kicks in and she has to asses it.

Lara hmmm she is funny, she has NO fear, and thinks she can swim like Bailee and Maddi, she can't. Lara will see Bailee swimming out and leap off the end and almost straight away start sinking when you pull her up she is grinning from ear to ear. I must admit she is awesome for 3yrs old a really good swimmer but in her little head she is just like her big sisters and can do everything they can, Even dive in and swim to the edge, swim through hoops and dive for sticks on the bottom of the pool.

Here they are dressed for bed in the boxers, not sure if they will get much sleep it is still hot.
