Playing on the pads all together

I just love the kids of this generation. have a look at them, all curled up with a i pad, i pod or i phone!! I am totally amazed at how quickly they absorb this kind of thing, even little Lara who is 3 knows all the apps and how they work. They have their favourites, Lara goes for anything peppa pig and even knows how to search her on you tube. Maddie likes the music clips and plays her movies over and over again. I think she knows most of the top 100 videos, I quizzed her yesterday out of curiosity and she knew most of the ones I asked about, and where to find them. Bailee is equally taken by the music clips and is quite an expert on them to. Bailee also like the puzzles and more recently the books, especially fancy nancy, a new favourite book amounts them all.

We had a dinner bbq tonight with wonderful friends. The girls simply adore each other and miss each other terrible when it has been a while between catch ups. They were swimming most of today with it being rather hot. Bailee was her usual daring self alway pushing boundaries. It was also nice to see Maddi come out of her shell a bit and show the other girls what she could do. I think it is nice when you have kids who are all at different levels together it gives everyone a little push forward and confidence to try new things, without thinking about it to much.

Starting a clean up tomorrow.
