Eating healthily

I had the mixed fruit. Not a good day as following my fall I am very restricted in arm and hand movement so everything is done one handed, very frustrating and painful. The icebags reduced the swelling so its just a matter of time. Did take some tree pictures for wide Wednesday but not happy with them.
