Nurse Nanny

We did the walk that has become known as the ‘eagle walk’ today. I carried Max up most of the way as Andrew decided not to come after a night of broken sleep. Anya did really well and made of all the way up with no problem at all. Unfortunately on the way down she tripped and cut her knee quite badly. Grandad and Nanny to the rescue as Dad patched it up and Mum helped her the rest of the way down. Then it was a trip to the docs for a couple of butterfly stitches and a long wait in a boiling hot waiting room! Anya was very brave, though it’s a shame as she’s now not supposed to go in water with it for 7 days and we’re off to the sea in 2 days! :-(
