8 years blipping
It feels like a lifetime ago when I look back at my first 365 book. No children in our lives, still teaching full time, so many undiscovered places still to be discovered.
My blipping has changed dramatically since having the two children. It is much more a record of days spent together and a journal to look back on, which in some ways is lovely but in others I look back on my first year blipping and my photography was far more interesting.
I have far less time to spend on blip than I did but still enjoy dipping in and out of other’s journals - usually at around midnight when I’m supposed to be going to sleep!
I wouldn’t change things though, I’m pleased with myself for sticking with it and I love to look back over the years.
I’ve met some wonderful people and kept in touch with others through their daily journals.
Blip remains a very special place and I am still in awe at many of the blips I see and the amazing photos/places/experiences people share.

Update:
September 2015 - 978 consecutive entries and still blipping but with much less time to explore others' journals. My journal is much less creative and had been taken over by the addition of our baby girl. It's a wonderful record for us a family but perhaps slightly boring for the rest of you, apologies.

I still love Blip and it's friendly and supportive community. I keep thinking I'll probably stop at some point but have become far too attached and can't imagine life without it.

January 2013 - After receiving a new camera for my birthday last year I've been experimenting and trying to improve my pictures. I've always loved photography and Blip seems such a great way to share experiences with other people.

I'm a primary school teacher, often with very little time to spare. I love my job but I'm hoping Blip will force me to take some time out and enjoy doing something different.

Any feedback or tips are welcomed!
