A Day Worth Recording

Garden Claytime

The pondworks at one end of the railway garden needed some more stable material than the gritty stoney crumbly stuff in the pond area.

At the other end of the railway the soil is solid heavy clay, which requires digging and shifting to the pondworks.

I can't help think that perhaps the pond is at the wrong end of the railway.
