Hat sculpture

A christmas present from my mum. It's not something I would ever wear but it is a wonderful sculpture - I need to set up a better background and show it in its entirety It's the work of a felt artist (I must have her name somewhere!) and was bought at the Christmas Craft Market at Rufford (Nottinghamshire). I love the shape and the painted decoration.

Some progress made on the admin front though I was slow to get going - I need another morning on it so I don't lose track of where I've got to!

A break in the sky across to the south west this afternoon - I see some people in the UK have had sun! We're hoping for something better tomorrow!
