Coca Tea

After a lovely 10 days at relatively low altitude (below 3,000m), I'm in Potosí - the highest city in the world (4,100m).

I'm told your body loses its high red blood cell count within 5 days of leaving a high altitude environment. But I think 6 months of living here has made me much fitter so I feel fine now I'm back on the Altiplano.
