Pipers in the Garden

Delightful Garden party in the town this afternoon raising funds for a local charity supporting refugees.

A few members of the local pipe band were there to entertain us with some tunes played in the vegetable garden. It was good to see some of the juniors joining the much more experienced pipers - the young lad playing the drum is also learning the pipes and as he lives 2 gardens away from our house we often “enjoy “ listening to him practice !
