T Rex.

After a few days lazing in the sun it was catching up with household chores this morning. Although it was still sunny and 31C.

This afternoon we called round to see our son and family, and to give George his birthday card and present for tomorrow.
After gaining an honours degree in Computer Forensics and Security at Sheffield Hallam University, he starts his first “ proper” job in a few weeks.
It goes without saying how very proud we are of his achievements.
Had a look at his brand new car too!

Hannah was up in the Dales doing a sponsored walk up Pen- y- Ghent. They certainly didn’t expect the weather to be so hot.

It was also nice to catch up with Jenny too, who is now looking forward to starting her Law and Criminology Degree at Sheffield Hallam in a few weeks.

Marina has a new playmate.
A rescue rabbit named T Rex, but shortened to just Rex.
They seem to be getting along fine. He is certainly much bigger than the late Eric.
The gin palace/ summer house has now been turned into a rabbit hutch!

Just finished our third BBQ in a row. Don’t remember having so many before.
Now looking forward to the very last episode of Poldark. Hope I won’t be disappointed.
