Stripes

Quite a bit cooler today but definitely not cardigan weather just yet, so I walked over the back and through the wood.  I only met one lady walking her miniature Schnauzer and we had a bit of a natter whilst I made a fuss of the dog.

An overdue visit to the optician this afternoon, and having been short sighted since I was in my mid 40's, my distance vision is now perfect but my reading vision has deteriorated ever so slightly and I may need to consider changing my  off-the-shelf glasses from 1.50 to 1.75, but at the moment I'm ok.  The glasses I use for the computer are still ok, so no money changed hands.

I really like the lines on this recently cut field, although they need to get the crop in before we have much rain.
