On Eagles Wings

Soaring high in the sky, circling with the mission of catching a herring, they swoop, plucking the fish out of the water with barely a splash. Totally awesome and difficult to describe the magnificence of these birds which have a huge eight foot wingspan, giant talons and beak to match.  

I have had the most amazing day on a boat with these guys flying in. I'm tousled, soaked, exhausted but very happy especially as it looked like the whole expedition was going to be rained off with the shocking weather up here.
