Lock Na Keal

There I was with the bins and cameras ready to pounce on any one of the alledged otters that Mull is famous for that might show it's nose but no, not even a whisker in my direction.

I pulled over in a few of the numerous passing points and lay-bys every time the rain nearly stopped and the mist parted revealing anything to photgraph at all on Loch Na Keal this morning.

Back then to the hide at Fishnish where there was very little to see again because of the weather. A curlew well camouflaged in the distance, a wheatear on a rock, an oystercatcher and heron .....that's it!
