On the Rails

Sitting on the wooden rails leading to the hide there were numerous common darters and if you slowly pushed your finger towards them they would walk onto it! Quite fun to do especially as you could  examine them close up and chat. 

Also in the reeds were migrant hawkers zipping around being chased by the other dragons and  in one case I saw one being picked off the water by a hobby at a great distance so it was never going to be a good shot but I've put it in the extras but you might need a magnifying glass. The other extra is a migrant hawker on the reeds.
