Watermelon

It was the 6th anniversary of my home parkrun and fancy dress and cake were optional.  I made some cookies but took along some water melon as a #HealthySwap as I am Co-op Healthy Swap champion for the event.

I also got out of wearing fancy dress by wearing my 'official' t-shirt.  

A spark from an overhead cable started a fire minutes before the start , which was then delayed by 30 minutes whilst the fire service dealt with the blaze.

Afterwards one of the core team shaved her hair off for charity so I hung around for that before heading home for a quick shower and then off for a thai cooking class.  

Spent the evening in the pub.
