Plum porter

This summer has been the summer of the plums. With about ten trees scattered around our estate, we are looking for things to do with them, having no more space in the cellar for jam.
For me today, it was a chance to revisit old wine making skills and here hopefully we will have a gallon of fine wine for next summer. If not plum vinegar is always useful for cooking.....
