Burger

Friends around for an apero early in the evening - they are selling up their second home here in the Ardeche fairly shortly they hope.
And then dinner.
One would think a burger would be a simple meal. However if you decide to make the buns and make the burgers and then use nothing but the barbecue to cook everything, then it becomes something of a different magnitude.
Followed by Tricia's chestnut version of Tiramisu and we ate well.
