I was out at a Camera Club meeting when Sam called to check it was OK if his friends came round.  It was.

This was the scene when I came back - instead of video games or telly they had set up a temporary table and were playing 'Catan' - which was a happy surprise.  What a good influence you are J & J...  

I liked this picture much better than the one I took at Camera Club (extra) though the topic of polarising filers and how to use them was interesting.  I inverted the one I liked best in Photoshop just for fun.

In other news the university where Ben is now (CUHK) was a focus of one of the protests.  Hong Kong students boycotting their first classes may explain why Ben's two Chinese room mates have not yet turned up.
