Piggy back rides

My roses are starting to shoot and there is a convention of aphids attacking the shoots.  Fortunately for me there is also a ladybird convention who conveniently for their banquet first course are consuming the aphids.  I have never seen so many different kinds of ladybirds.  These ones were tucked away doing piggy back rides.  You can see the remains of the first course near the ladybird giving the ride!
