Alone time

A day off work, at home, with no one else around and nothing urgent to do.  Oddly, I thoroughly enjoyed the day doing stuff that has been long overdue, sorting, tidying and windowsill rationalising...

I've been listening on 'Audible' whilst I sorted to Michelle Obama's novel 'Becoming' which is so well written, brilliant, inspiring, compassionate, honest and just such a contrast to what is happening to our politics at the moment it makes my heart ache.

Martin often puts the cherry tomatoes on the windowsill to go wrinkly - I'm not entirely sure why, but I replaced their container with something prettier and took a photo.
