Leaving soon?

I expect that the young ducks will be leaving soon - they are up on the side of the pond now, and run up to the gate when they see me, or any of the other locals, approaching with food. Only the short tail really gives an indication that they are young ones. There's quite a lot of wing flapping going on too. We'll be sorry to see them go, but we'll be glad that they can perhaps go somewhere safer soon.
