Edinburgh Castle

Very cool and cloudy for the ride in, Feels autumnal.Thunderstorms forecast for the second day running.

At least it is clear at lunchtime. A hazy view of the castle looking down the railway line. Pleasant though.

Nice ride home until I turn off the canal path and get a puncture. The clouds are very dark, and I can hear a rumble of thunder. IT doesn't take me long to change the inner tube, but it isn't long until the rain starts and thunder gets louder. I don't see any lightning though. The heavy rain starts just as I get home, and I manage to get the bike in to the shed relatively dry.
