Apples Galore

Went for a walk from the house, following a track just across the road. It quickly led to an orchard with row upon row of apple trees, trained into an almost 2-dimensional shape so the apples can be easily picked from a tractor trailor. I honestly don't think I have ever seen so many apples in one place.
Eventually I found these, picked and waiting for transport. Next time I see apples in the supermarket I shall think of this place, and similar, all around the world.
