Starting to clear a bit more of the basement. This was as near as I ever got to golf (bar watching it on the telly occasionally - we knew how to party in the 60's).
Not entirely sure why I was bought it - it would have been a birthday or Christmas present but I don't ever recall expressing much interest in the game. Mostly I remember the golfer's leg broke off and Dad carved a replacement from wood.
Others seem to think it's worth a few bent ha'pennies on eBay so maybe it'll find a more enthusiastic owner.
