Corn Drying in the Field

Many of the local fields have corn drying in the late summer sun. This evening it looked sort of pretty against the blue sky.

I picked up my daughter and her family at the airport this morning. They took an overnight flight in from Seattle. The airport is about 65 miles away and I had to be there at 5am. After all the activity of the day and a big family dinner I didn't have much steam left for blipping. This isn't exactly an eb, but a matter of take what I could get. It is so fun to have her home for the next two weeks.
