Craftsmanship

Do you know what it is yet? as Rolf Harris would ask.... It is the hub centre for the rear wheel on my Honda MT50 which I am restoring from a wreck I purchased nearly a year ago. Having suffered at the hands of many an inept teenager, there was a small crack in the casing where it appears to have been hit by a hammer or something similar. Thankfully there was a small engineering company near work who were happy to have a go at repairing it for me today, and have done a stunning job and from the outside the repair cannot be seen. Rare nowadays we get something repaired by a craftsman rather just replace with new.

Steady day at work again while the world snoozes until its back at full steam next week.

Had a great evening at a housewarming party for the new neighbours. They were pretty generous with the Vino Collapso and most of the neighbours were suffering this morning. The newbies seemed very happy with our little social community so hopefully Monday will not see their house back on the market....
