Trip down memory lane.

Spent the day in and around the place where we used to live in Hampshire, including the road and house where we lived before moving up to the Midlands.
We were there 8 years, having moved from Lancashire soon after we were married.
A lovely couple of hours with some old friends this morning. One of them has been seriously ill and it’s like one of those times when you know it’s vital to visit......
Now we are ensconced in an old country house in it’s own beautiful grounds for 3 nights.

There was a pheasant strutting about out there earlier.
Time for a cuppa.
