Tightrope walking

I sneaked the central heating on this morning whilst I sat in bed with a cup of tea after JJ had gone to golf.

A visit to the hairdressers and then I called in at the bank to get money for car parking when we're away.  It's bound to be an arm and a leg so I thought I'd go prepared.

I spotted this minute hoverfly on a hooped cane and decided that would do for today's blip.

Packing is under way.

I forgot to mention the other day that when I went to bed there was one of those ginormous spiders wandering around the bedroom floor.  I did consider getting up and removing it but it dashed under the bedside table so I left it to it, and do you know what, I didn't die in the night.
