Conversation in Kingsland Community Orchard

Because I am on leave this week, I was available to collect Young L from his school. When we were heading back to the apartment, I saw a pathway leading up and away from the road. Hidden almost from view was a sign, identifying the Kingsland Community Orchard, and some information about  the land being gifted to Council, and being a place for all citizens to use.

We went up the path to a peaceful and pleasant open space with some fruit trees at the edges. Seated at the table were two men in animated conversation. Rain briefly came soon after we left, and I hope it didn't drive them away.
