that's just grape

I love the dust on freshly harvested grapes.

These are a funny sort from a neglected vine, already ancient when we moved to the farm.  The grapes are perfect.  Not too sweet.  We harvest them when they start to turn purple, but by then the green ones are just right.  The yeasty bloom makes a bitter complement to the juicy centres.  Like wine, only fresher and I can drive after.
