Lunch at Fotografiska ...

Their theme is to take care of ingredients other restaurants might see as useless or leftovers.  An important initiative, I think. The main ingredient of this salad are beetroot and its leaves, raspberries that’s not within the regulations of EU.  (They told us that.)  Topped with cheese and tasty dressing. Not too bad.  But a bit pricy.  But who cares – with a view as in today’s extra?

And yes, we also had time to see some brilliant, but very depressing, images by James Nachtwey.  I really hope that images like his will make a difference.
