September Harvest Moon!

01.00 am  -  8°C  -  10 mph Wind  -  Clear skies.  Perfect for shooting the Full Harvest Moon. The Native American name for it is ‘Full Corn Moon’ for obvious reasons.  I think the farmer will complete his harvesting of the wheat field at the bottom of my garden today  -  we shall see☺  I like the way astrology views the Harvest Moon.  It sees the Harvest Moon as cleansing, and the time to let go of anything you no longer wish to take with you into the future.  What a good idea!  It is, of course, the closest full moon to the Autumn Equinox.  So Autumn cometh in 10 days time.  Look out!
