Jake

Drove up to Doune today with my husband to visit the parents-in-law. Pictured is their dog, Jake, who is a complete headcase! Really lovely dog but daft as a brush. He never sits still for longer than a few seconds so it took lots of attempts to get this shot of him.

We then carried on up the A9 to Blackford to see my sister-in-law. It was our 7 year old nieces birthday a few days ago so we were taking her birthday pressie to her. I'd asked a few weeks before what she would like and was told a lava lamp. So that's what we got her! Of course as soon as it was unwrapped, she had to set it up and sat staring at it, waiting for the wax to melt and start moving around. And waited. And waited! Finally, after about 2 hours it started doing what it's supposed to and she was fascinated by it....for all of 5 minutes haha!
