Explainer

It seems that a few of you didn't understand all of the jargon yesterday so I'll clarify it.
FED - Final Enrolement Date. The last day that students can sign up for a module starting next month (or 19J to the cognoscente)
TSA - Tutor Student Allocation. That's where we find that for some inexplicable reason we've got 200 more students on a module than we had last year and they all live in Brighton and we only have one tutor there.
