We thought we'd earn our Friday night fish and chips by going for a walk over the common and I was pleased to see that the cows are back (well, probably not the same ones as last year, but you know what I mean). There were 13 of them and they all looked very happy behind their electric fence.

In other news, the vegetation along the side of the garage has definitely diminished somewhat - and still smells strongly of vinegar!
