Harvest mice revisited

Day off today and it's turned out to be a busy one.  We'd booked another harvest mice photo session with Captive Light in the New Forest so set off first thing to meet up with Miles, the boss, and headed off into the forest for an enjoyable couple of hours with our cameras. It was eventful at times with visits from a horse and a kestrel, the latter nearly swooping in to grab breakfast but thinking better of it at the last moment.

It turns out that outdoors is more difficult than studio conditions as you have to keep changing your settings to deal with the varying light conditions so I just took loads in the hope that some would come out okay.

We had lunch in Burley, got back and took the dogs for a walk and this evening we're taking Sons 1 and 2 out for an early birthday meal - they will be leaving their teens behind in just over a week. How did that happen?
