Camouflaged

I almost didn't see this Great Blue Heron standing very still on the rocks.  I stopped to photograph a cormorant at the water's edge and I scanned the rocks through my lens to see what else was there.  From where I was across the pond, s/he had blended right in.

I am grateful to the people at the bike shop who did some free fit adjustments for me.  My wrists didn't get sore today so the handlebar tilt must have helped. :-)
