The Epiphany

Also known as the Feast of Three Kings in Germany, the 6th of January is widely recognized in Christian cultures as the 12th and last day of Christmas. As such, today I dismantled the tree and all the holiday decorations, returning my home to its everyday dressings.

But my dear friend, Claudia, throwing tradition to the wind, lit the candles of her Christmas wreath one more time for me this evening as we toasted the New Year with her last bottle of good Champagne: to Dreams!
