Final harvest

The small cherry tomatoes on the vine outside were starting to fall off the stalk so I decided to do a major harvest. As many are green they will be frozen and made into a chutney later in the year.

It was MrH’s birthday today so I got him a chocolate cake and his brother came over and helped us to eat it.

Ridiculously hot today at one point, so much so I had to go inside and lie down just to cool down (very unlike me!) in contrast it’s now very grey and threatening rain.

I bought MrH a very trendy jumper for his birthday but it doesn’t fit so I’ve had to return it and order a new size before they sell out
