Morning Face

Didn’t drink much last night but woke up feeling like shit this morning, like I had hardly slept at all. Not sure what’s going on, but I seem to be getting a lot worse when it comes to the quality of post beer sleeps. Perhaps I need a month or two away from any form of alcohol to see if my sleep improves at all? The way I feel it’s worth a try. I probably only drink a couple of nights a week, and like last night I only had four pints, but it can make the following day a lot harder to get through. Anyway it’s a day in the office which is always a cheerful event.
