Anyone want to buy a SatNav

Well we got to the hotel but not the smooth journey I planned. 20 miles from home Mr Sat Nav said there was a road accident before we reached junction36 but offered an alternative route which avoided the motorway . Unfortunately after driving 3 miles we saw signs for Road Closed Ahead. But the Sat nav said clear so we drove another 3 miles and yes.. the road was closed,  so we turned back and after persuading M we were not giving up and going home we followed another road to Brough and arrived 35 minutes later than anticipated. Quick stop for coffee and leg stretch, and in Fletch s case rolling in sheep poo. Several wet wipes later Fletch was less green and we set off. 2 options to the Whitby rod., quicker way through Middlesborough.. said Mr Sat Nav. Nope.. road works! Road Closed.. Mr Sat Nav didn't think the road was closed ! Crossed fingers and drove in the direction of the sun through a housing estate and managed to get back en route. 
On the positive.. it was sunny. The room is huge and the hotel seems fine. Coffee and mini muffins were welcome
Fingers crossed tomorrow is ok
