Dutch tales

In Olbia, Sardinia, Italy

Monday morning my brother and I were at the airport Schiphol at about 4 am... Pfew, a long day ahead of us. We're doing a group bustour on the islands Sardinia and Corsica. After our arrival we immediately went on to visit Olbia, a town near the airport. A modern town. But churches are always different from Dutch ones so I thought this might make a nice blip.

Afterwards we went on to a place at the coast. To call it town or village would do it too much credit. Just some restaurants and shops. A place to have lunch.

Fortunately on this first day we arrived early in our first hotel and we had enough time to enjoy the lovely swimming pool.

It is a group tour with 27 people, all Dutch. One is younger than us, the rest is older. It took a bit of adjusting on our part to spend so much time together with travel companions. Breakfast and dinner at the hotels as well as most of the time during the day. In Olbia we had some time on our own though to wander around.
