Tree twirls

The pattern of the bark of one of our Korean fir trees with the swirls around the 'eyes'. Course work for the course on Abstract Photography and for today's optional 'fill the frame' theme on Abstract Thursday. Fill the frame for me means that there's no space around the subject of the image, that the whole of the image is the subject, but I'm looking forward to see how you all fill this in ;-) Please tag your entries with AT221, so I can find them on Sunday.
